Make your HVAC services easier to find and understand.

Help customers understand whether you handle their heating or cooling problem, where you work and how to request service. Measure AI visibility separately from calls and booked jobs.

What is AI search visibility work?

Also called answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO), this work aims to make your business information clearer and easier to find in AI-assisted search. Our pilot pairs one scoped website improvement with repeated measurements. Recommendations, citations and new customers are not guaranteed.

Start with one service: furnace repair

These are example questions to adapt to your actual market. Discovery questions and educational questions are labeled separately in the agreed protocol; a useful explanation is not automatically a contractor recommendation.

An example change, not a customer result

The issue: Your website promotes new equipment installations, but a customer cannot tell whether you repair existing furnaces or how to request a visit.

The proposed edit: With your approval, clarify the furnace repair service, equipment you actually support, service area and booking instructions on one page. State hours and response arrangements accurately.

What happens in the pilot?

  1. Agree one service, one area and ten relevant questions. Verify that our measurement setup supports your business and market before payment.
  2. Collect complete baseline evidence before publishing the intervention.
  3. Approve one scoped change and record its publication date.
  4. Repeat the same protocol and review mentions, website citations and incomplete measurements separately for each engine.

Do not advertise same-day arrival, 24-hour service or support for every equipment brand unless those claims match your operations. Seasonal demand and changes in availability can affect inquiries independently of website edits.

Who is a good fit?

An HVAC owner with capacity for a defined repair, replacement or maintenance service and a workable route to publish approved changes.

We will ask who built the website, what platform it uses, whether you can edit it and whether maintenance or updates are included in an existing agreement. We can coordinate with your provider; a rebuild is not a prerequisite.

Use the website access checklist before agreeing to an editing date.

What does it cost?

The proposed founding pilot is $500 over 30 days. It includes one scoped improvement, measurement evidence and a review call. The scope, technical readiness, dates and any third-party costs are agreed before payment. Search systems may take longer to respond.

How will we know whether it helped?

The report shows what changed in the measured answers, including flat or worse results. You keep a separate inquiry log for calls, appointment requests and booked jobs. A before-and-after observation does not prove that our edit caused a change.
